With a history dating back to 1897, Tomatin Distillery produces single malt Scotch with a legacy of exquisite fruity Highland notes. Coming in at a whopping 57.5% ABV, this Cask Strength expression is well worth your time. The nose brings to mind freshly-made artisanal vanilla ice cream,, with undercurrents of caramel, walnuts and orange. The palate is complex with apple, sea salt, caramel, ginger and chocolate. The finish is similar to apple crumble and vanilla. A splash of water will help bring out the fruitier notes of this formidable whisky.
