Introducing Hernö, the world’s most awarded craft gin brand! Founded in 2011 by Jon Hillgren, Hernö was the first ever gin distillery in Sweden. Hillgren’s passion for the juniper predominant spirit took him all around the world in search of knowledge and inspiration, and finally culminated with him setting up a distillery in the small village of Dala, just outside Härnösand in the High Coast of Sweden.
Since then, Hernö has gone on to become one of the most acclaimed craft gin brands in the world, with over 100+ awards at the Gold and Masters level.
A bold flagship rich in flavour, Hernö Navy Strength Gin is made from the same distilled gin as Hernö Gin, but diluted to 57% instead of 40,5%. The result is a gin with big character but not a huge punch of flavour as you would expect a navy strength to be. A fresh citrus nose with black pepper. A creamy palate with vanilla and spicy citrus and floral notes. The finish is long, with a nice warmth to it. Enjoy in a stirred drink or in a tall drink with East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic.
