This cachaca is made from 100% organic sugarcane. it is cut and processed within 1 day, then aged for 3 years in local wood. Brazil is permitted to age cachaca in 27 different types of oak. This gives cachaca unique flavours that most western palates aren't accustomed to. A rich herbal nose with hints of agave. The palate has lots of black pepper, tangy citrus and vanilla. The finish has spice, oak and cedar wood. Enjoy in a classic Caipriniha.
