A unique Japanese gin produced by the Kiyosuzakura Brewery, which has been brewing sake since 1853. Taking its name from the Aichi Prefecture where it is produced, the gin uses 10 unique Japanese botanicals, including Kintoki Ginger, Nishio Matcha and Gamagori Mikan Mandarin, which are sourced from within the prefecture. The juniper is very apparent on the nose and the palate. After the juniper unfolds, the mandarin and green tea comes through. There is a delicate umami note from the green tea. Has a lovely natural sweetness on the finish, so pairs well with low sugar tonics.
