A traditional Mexican liqueur made using dried poblano chillies. Unlike the Original, where teh chillies are sun-dried, the chilies in the Verde are picked while still green. A portion is roasted to add depth and earthiness. The Verde is more vegetal and citrus compared to the earthiness of the Original. Beautiful balance of heat spice and citrus. Similar on the palate but with distinguishable lime, green bell pepper and agave notes. Superb when mixed with Gin, Tequila and Mezcal.
