4 friends in Scotland decided to make a gin inspired by their garden. The result is Garden Shed Gin, which uses 13 botanicals, including fresh Blackberries, Dandelion root and Lavender. At 45% ABV, the gin is big in flavour, with lots of floral and spice notes on the nose. On the palate, you get very similar notes, along with fresh berries and a nice earthier undertone. The juniper links all the flavours together. Nice finish of herbs. Great in a G&T. Great in a G&T with East Imperia Burma Tonic and Blackberries and Lavender as a garnish.
