An old style of gin drunk back in the 18th Century. It is a gin that has been sweetened. But when you add sweetness you take away form the gin flavour. What Hayman's do is increase the botanicals to give you more of a gin flavour through that sweentness. Abig junioer nose with sweet liquorice in the background. A balanced palate between the juniper citrus and liquorice. Big and punchy fiinish, so best using an Old World Tonic for this, or an old school cocktail.
