Douglas Laing has been independently bottling Scotch since 1948, and have several ranges that include blended malts, blended whiskies, single malts, and single grain. The Old Particular range consists of single cask malt or grain whiskies sourced from highly-sought after distilleries from all over Scotland, all non-chill filtered, with no added colouring and bottled at natural cask strength. Located close to the River Lossie in Speyside, Glen Moray has been making whisky since 1897. 354 bottles of this 12 year old were made. A biscuit-y nose with citrus and butter. A back note of black pepper offers balance to the maple syrup and brown sugar palate. A milky coffee finish with biscuits and spice.
