Omnipollo was founded in 2010 by brewer Henok Fentie and graphics artist Karl Grandin, a partnership that has resulted in a plethora of unique beers brewed at breweries in all corners of the world, and pushing the boundaries of what a beer can be (and judging from their outlandishly striking labels, what it can look like as well). Bianca is a range of goses with wildly creative names and flavours, sometimes brewed in collaboration with some of the most famous brewers in the world. This one, according to Henok, is "brewed with buckets of blackberries then accompanied by maple syrup, lactose sugar and rock salt". And you know what? What you read is really what you get.
