Douglas Laing has been independantly bottling Scotch since 1948, and have several ranges that include blended malts, blended whiskies, single malts, and single grain. The Provenance range marks the beginning of its Exceptional Single Casks journey, which encompasses four distinct, yet complementary ranges – Provenance, Premier Barrel, Old Particular and XOP – all meant to showcase the wide variety of flavours throughout Scotland's whisky regions. Glenrothes is a classic Speyside malt, and only 455 bottles of this 10YO single cask was released. A vanilla forward nose with earthy orange. A spiced biscuit palate with malt and stewed fruits. The finish has vanilla with apricots and lychee fading nicely.
