With a history dating back to 1915, Dolin is the last remaining independent company still producing Vermouth de Chambery, a vermouth that can only be produced within France's Savoy region, and using the maceration of real plants rather than pre-prepared infusions. Dolin Dry is a dry vermouth flavoured with 17 different herbs and spices. On the nose, it has lots of white grape and fresh lychee, hints of forest and citrus. On the palate, it's big white grapes again, but backed up by white wine vinegar acidity and genepi. Think Alpine fresh. The finish is pleasant and clean. Can be enjoyed over ice, chilled with soda or used in your favourite Martini.
