What are your bottle sizes?

All bottles come in different shapes and sizes. You can find the volume of a bottle on its label/box. If you'd like to find out more about a particular bottle, reach out to us and we will get the information for you.

No, there is no minimum order.

Are you guys open every day?

Yes, we are. Every Monday - Saturday from 12PM - 9PM, and Sunday 12PM - 6PM.

Do you guys do same day delivery?

Yes! Our same day delivery option is applicable for orders made before 5:00 PM, from Monday to Saturday. As for orders made after the stated date and time, do expect the "Same-Day Delivery" to be made the next day. 

Where do you guys ship from?

When will my orders be processed?

Your orders will only be processed after payment verification is completed.

Do you guys ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.
(However, we do ship to Sabah & Sarawak! *Free shipping not applicable)

Can I send a message with my gift?

Yes, you can. At the checkout page, there is an option for you to include a note.

Do you guys deliver on weekends?

Our logistic partner(s) operates every other day of the week except Sundays.

Do you guys accept cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery as we require payment before dispatching the goods. We do however, accept bank transfers and credit-card payments upon pick-ups. 

Can I place my order via a phone call?

Definitely! Alternatively, you can also drop us a text via WhatsApp and our retail team will get in touch with you.

Can you guys deliver to me the next day?

Although there's a possibility of receiving your items the next day, we advise a lead time between 3-7 working days for the parcels to arrive at your doorstep.

I need help choosing between a few items!

Fret not! There are many ways you can get assistance. Drop us a text/email, give us a call, or drop by our retail store. Our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you.

Do you guys serve drinks at your retail store?

We have a tasting bar within the premises of our retail store, and you can sample some testers for a small fee.
If you intend to have cocktails at our bar, do give us a call and we will tell you more about our Bar Program

Do you guys do events or catering of any sort?

Yes, we do! Get in touch with us and we will be able to assist you further on your enquiries.

Can I send my orders to a separate address from my own?

Yes, you can. Just enter a different address under "Shipping Address" at the checkout.

I just placed my order, when can I expect my items to arrive?

As delivery/shipping will only take place a day after an order is processed, we advise a lead time between 2-7 working days from the date of ordering for the arrival of items. 

The item I want is out of stock! When are you guys restocking?

It could take time, ranging from a week up to a few weeks depending on stock availability. Feel free to contact us if there's an urgency on procuring certain products.

I'd like to arrange a private tasting session with some of your products, how do I go about this?

Get in touch with us and we will arrange a time and date for this to happen!

I've waited for weeks and I've yet to receive my order! How do I go about this?

Though this is very unlikely to have happened, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please get in touch with our retail team and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

I'm here to pick-up my order, but I'd want to exchange or return/refund the products I ordered instead.

We strictly do not allow any exchange or return/refund of of any orders during pick-up.

When I make a purchase online, do I get the designated box for the bottles I bought?

Yes, you do.

I'm buying some bottles as a gift to a friend, will you include an invoice with my order?

We will include a "Gift Invoice" that encloses all the details of a regular invoice except for the prices.

I'm buying the bottles for a friend, do you guys offer gift-wrapping services?
