Wholly Spirits strictly does not practice any return policy unless it is an error caused from our side. Should there be any dispute, please reach out to us through our contact page.
Please note that damaged goods and delivery errors must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will arrange for the replacement and/or return. Please note that packing errors must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. If you receive faulty product/s, we will replace it for you or arrange a refund/discount.
