You may track your parcels via this link; Logistic Partner. Wholly Spirits reserves the right to choose the best logistic partner/method from time to time to ensure high quality delivery services are met.
Please note that damaged goods and delivery errors must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will arrange for the replacement and/or return. Please note that packing errors must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. If you receive faulty product/s, we will replace it for you or arrange a refund/discount.
Your items are secured into field-tested air-sacs that are then fitted tightly into cardboard boxes to be shipped to you.
Methods & Rates
Pick-up at the store is allowed, should there be any shipping charges, the shipping charges will be refunded. Do reach out to us through our contact page if you wish to pick-up at our store. Please call ahead of time for pick-ups.
Shipping rates are based on weight.
Shipping will take up between 3 to 7 working days depending on location.
While we do not anticipate any form of mishaps, we strongly encourage high-valued products (above RM800 per-shipment) to include insurance in the events of unforeseen circumstances. Please do reach out to us should you require insurance for your purchase.
