Shipping policy

  • We offer standard shipping for all orders made in Wholly Spirits Retail Online Store.

  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).

  • For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 3 - 7 working days after order verification and credit approval.

  • Shipping rates are based on weight and item consideration.

  • We do not deliver to P.O boxes

  • Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.

  • International: We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of Malaysia.

  • Free shipping only applies to orders over RM500 within Peninsular (West) Malaysia, excluding East Malaysia.

  • Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    SHIPPING Q&As

    Our same day delivery option is applicable for orders made before 5:00 PM, from Monday to Saturday. As for orders made after the stated date and time, do expect the "Same-Day Delivery" to be made the next day. 

    Although there is a possibility of receiving your items the next day, we advise a lead time between 3 - 7 working days for the parcels to arrive at your doorstep. 

    Free shipping for orders over RM500 excluding East Malaysia.
