1. Wholly Spirits is the sole promoter of the ballot for the ballot bottle, and have set these rules for the ballot.
2. The Ballot is organized in order to select the Wholly Spirits customers who will be given the opportunity to purchase a bottle of the ballot bottle.
3. By taking part in the Ballot, the Entrant hereby confirms that he or she agrees fully and unconditionally to accept these Rules. Wholly Spirits reserves the right to disqualify an Entrant should there be a breach of these Rules.
4. Wholly Spirits reserves the right to add to, amend or waive any of these Ballot Rules from time to time, without prior notice.
5. Wholly Spirits also reserves the right, according to its discretion, to cancel or amend the Ballot should circumstances beyond Wholly Spirits’ control arise. Any change in the Ballot Rules will be effective immediately, and Entrants will be notified through the stipulated channels as soon as possible.
6. Once confirmed, the winners will have 48 hours to make the purchase , and will have to pick up the bottles from our Wholly Spirits Retail Store at Wisma CKL, Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur.
7. For outstation winners, shipping charges will apply.
Beam Suntory Promotion

Monthly REAL DEAL Promos

1. Full sets are available only on a first come, first serve basis. Pre-orders will require full payment upfront.

Mother's Day 2021
1. For Sunday-Delivery, please take note of the following:
• Please choose Same-Day Delivery Option (RM20 / RM35) depending on location.

• Sunday deliveries will be cut-off on Sunday at 12pm.

SMWS
1. SMWS labels are only offered to SMWS members. To find out more on how you may sign up as a member, please reach out to us at +6012- 580 5813.
2. All SMWS members are allocated only 1 bottle of each SMWS label. If you have more than a single bottle for any SMWS bottle, you will not be able to checkout.
3. In the event of subsequent or multiple transactions with the same SMWS product(s) under the same account, we will contact you with the following options:
a) A swap of the SMWS product with another SMWS bottle of equal or greater value.
OR
b) A full refund.
The terms and conditions for this exclusive bottling are as follows:
1. Bottles are sold via pre-orders only. Customers will be contacted upon arrival of product.
2. This bottling is only available to members of the Dram Full Malaysia whisky community (fb.com/dramfullmalaysia).
3. Verification of Dram Full membership will be made when order is placed.
4. Wholly Spirits has the right to cancel and refund the purchaser if it is found that he or she is NOT a Dram Full member at the time of purchase.
5. The purchase of this bottle is only limited to 1 bottle per-Wholly Spirits & Dram Full account.
