Michter's heritage harks back to America's first whiskey company, making some of the finest single barrel and truly small batch whiskeys around. This one is an exceptional bourbon. Made from selected barrels, it is aged for 10 years to reach perfection. A rounded nose of chocolate, creamy vanilla, old brandy and charred oak. On the palate, rich cake (think black forest gateau), buttery cookies, oranges and roast fruit. A lovely nutty finish with warming oak. Outstanding.
