An award-winning Spanish gin made using a completely glass column still to prevent unwanted smells and tastes. With a rye distillate as the base, Siderit uses 12 botanicals to make a well-balanced London Dry Gin with a fascinating herbal aftertaste imparted by rock tea, a unique botanical local to the distillery. The Ginger Lime expression focuses on the ying and yang of ginger and lime , it is still floral on the nose but with a tinge of young ginger and fresh lime oil. For a great G&T use East Imperial Burma Tonic and garnish with Lime.
