Chase Distillery sits in Herefordshire in the UK. It has very rich and fertile land. They are a farm that grows potatoes. And since 2008 produce world class spirits. Most distilleries don’t grow there own raw materials, here they do. From farm to bottle is their philosophy. They overlook every ascept of the production process. Which shows in the quality liquid. Thick cut marmalade is left to steep with the Vodka and peels from Seville Oranges. When is goes for distillation peels from Valencia oranges are also added. This resulting vodka is then aged for 6 months. A wonderful bitter orange nose with hints of Oak. The palate has orange coming in many forms, from sweet and fresh to tangy peels. A long bitter sweet finish. Best enjoyed with East Imperial Mombasa Ginger Beer.
