Made by the same people who make Rock Rose gin, this vodka is Scotland's answer to Poland's famous Bison Grass vodka. The spirit vapor is infused with Highland apple juice and Holy grass, otherwise known as Bison Grass. This vodka's natural serve is long, with apple juice or soda. Creamy sweet vanilla on the nose with hints of chamomile flowers. The apple is more prevalent on the palate with the dry straw notes from the grass also present. Touches of honey and pear skin also. The finish is creamy vanilla again.
