Ichiro's Malt Chichibu - Open Ballot - Terms & Conditions

Wholly Spirits is the sole promoter of the ballot for the Ichiro’s Malt whiskies ballot, and have set these rules for the ballot.
The Ballot is organized in order to select the Wholly Spirits customers who will be given the opportunity to purchase a bottle of each Ichiro’s Malt.
By taking part in the Ballot, the Entrant hereby confirms that he or she agrees fully and unconditionally to accept these Rules. Wholly Spirits reserves the right to disqualify an Entrant should there be a breach of these Rules.
Wholly Spirits reserves the right to add to, amend or waive any of these Ballot Rules from time to time, without prior notice.
Wholly Spirits also reserves the right, according to its discretion, to cancel or amend the Ballot should circumstances beyond Wholly Spirits’ control arise. Any change in the Ballot Rules will be effective immediately, and Entrants will be notified through the stipulated channels as soon as possible.
Once confirmed, the winners will have 48 hours after being contacted on either email/WhatsApp to make the purchase, failing which it will be transferred to the next winner on the list.
For outstation winners, shipping charges will apply.
