Wholly Spirits - SMWS The Vaults Collection - Cask No. 76.148 Ballot Rules

1. Wholly Spirits is the sole promoter of the ballot for the SMWS Cask No. 76.148 Grilled Lemon-Garlic Elk Steak, and have set these rules for the ballot.

2. The Entrant for this Ballot must have an active SMWS membership, which is to remain active at the end of the ballot, otherwise the Ballot Entry will be forfeited.

3. The Ballot is organized in order to select the SMWS members who will be given the opportunity to purchase a bottle of SMWS Cask No. 76.148 Grilled Lemon-Garlic Elk Steak.

4. By taking part in the Ballot, the Entrant hereby confirms that he or she agrees fully and unconditionally to accept these Rules. Wholly Spirits reserves the right to disqualify an Entrant should there be a breach of these Rules.

5. Wholly Spirits reserves the right to add to, amend or waive any of these Ballot Rules from time to time, without prior notice.

6. Wholly Spirits also reserves the right, according to its discretion, to cancel or amend the Ballot should circumstances beyond Wholly Spirits’ control arise. Any change in the Ballot Rules will be effective immediately.

7. Entrants will be notified through the stipulated channels as soon as possible.

8. Once confirmed, the winners will have 48 hours to make the purchase , and will have to pick up the bottles from our Wholly Spirits Retail Store at Wisma CKL, Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur.

9. For outstation winners, shipping charges will apply.
