Take the excellent As De Picos gin, add a maceration of fruits (such as lychee, mango, pineapple and raspberry and more), and you get the slightly sweeter As De Picos Tropical Gin. Sweet notes of the fruit predominate the nose. The palate is still complex but with the addition of tropical fruits and drier berries. These all come through on the palate as well. We would recommend East Imperial Burma Tonic, garnished with pineapple and raspberry.
