This rum was part of the private reserve made just for the Bacardi Family, before being released to the general public. The 8 Anos is a combination of 8 rums, with some as old as 16 years old going into the blend. The nose is fresh and perfumed with notes of oak and peels, a little syrup with a fennel note. The palate is sweet and rich with tropical fruits, peels and winter spice. The finish is gentle and luscious. Try in an Old Cuban or any mixed drink requiring an aged rum. You won't be disappointed.
