PRODUCT INFORMATION
Brugal hails from the Dominican Republic, where the rums are made from molasses. They use a column still to produce their rums, which results in a lighter flavoured rum. These styles or flavours, are great when using rums in punch-style cocktails or clean flavoured mixed drinks. The nose still has the signature mocha coffee, but with sherry, dried fruits and cocoa. On the palate, lots of vanilla, toffee and touches of liquorice. The rich mouthfeel is balanced by the oak. Long finish of honey and oak. This rum is great on its own or in a rum Manhattan
