Brugal hails from the Dominican Republic, where the rums are made from molasses. They use a column still to produce their rums, which results in a lighter flavoured rum. These styles or flavours, are great when using rums in punch-style cocktails or clean flavoured mixed drinks. Nose of cream soda and vanilla. Flavours of coconut, cocoa and butter. Creamy mouthfeel. Nice crème brûlée finish with touches of black pepper.
