Produced in Sri Lanka, Colombo uses a 70 year old recipe that was perfected by the current owner's grandfather. Only 7 botanicals are used here, 4 of which are local to Sri Lanka - cinnamon, curry leaves, ginger root and coriander. The others are classic ones such as juniper, angelica and liquorice. This is a London Dry gin where the juniper is ever-present but supported by the spice of curry leaves and cinnamon. Wonderfully subtle and harmonious, it naturally pairs with any spicy food. Enjoy with a good tonic and a curry leaf as garnish.
