With a history dating back to 1915, Dolin is the last remaining independent company still producing Vermouth de Chambery, a vermouth that can only be produced within France's Savoy region, and using the maceration of real plants rather than pre-prepared infusions. The Blanc is a medium-dry vermouth flavoured with 33 different herbs and spices. On the nose, sea salt and menthol. A delicate, sweet palate and but balanced from white wine acidity. There is the floral sweetness of elder flowers, citrus and white fruits, and a well-balanced finish of citrus and white wine. Have this over ice or with soda, or try it in an El Presidente cocktail.
