Irons balls gin is made in Bangkok using local botanicals. Most gins use cereal grains as the base liquid, but Iron Balls use a distillate made from pineapples and coconuts. This is then redistilled to make gin. Some other local flavours are also used to create a unique flavoured gin. The nose has lot of tropical fruits orange peel and ginger notes. The palate is mild and easy going, more tropical fruits with spice taking over. A short finish. Great in a G & T with East Imperial Burma Tonic.
