This range of complex French artisanal vermouth is made with 18 to 28 aromatics and a blend of white wines fortified with Pineau des Charentes, a fortified €œwine€� that is a mix of unfermented grape juice with cognac aged in oak barrels. The blanc is very floral on the nose with honeysuckle and hay. Some herbals accents of rosemary, apricot and honey. Sweet on the palate with orange, honey and zesty citrus. Bitter notes of bark and herbs balance out the sweetness. The finish is again fruity, but with citric acid to counter. Perfect on ice or as a long drink with soda.
