Macallan are synonymous with sherry aged whiskies. And why not, sherry aged and finished whiskies are some of the most desirable and sought after. This classic cut series is a slight departure from the norm, the scotch been also aged in ex bourbon American Oak casks. Aromas of vanilla, candied orange peel, honey, sultanas and fresh oak fill the nose, complemented by notes of fresh ginger, juicy orange, honey, vanilla and fresh oak that linger in the finish.
