Rum from the Port Mourant still in Guyana is always going to result in a great aged rum and this doesn't disappoint. Deep and earthy on nose with vanilla charred oak and touches of spice. The palate is big with spice, clove cinnamon and nutmeg. The wood character and dryness adds balance to the rum. the finish is long with spice and dried fruit. Great neat, or with a drop of water
