PRODUCT INFORMATION
One of the new wave of distilleries opening up in Scotland. The distillery make whisky, gin and rum. Opened in 2013 this their first release of Single Malt. The distillery now falls under the ownership of Douglas Laing. 3 years in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. No added colouring or chill-filtration. A dry oak style balanced by caramel with a touch of vanilla on the nose. The palate is sherried, with toffee, leather and dried fruits. The finish has lots of butterscotch and honey and oat biscuits.
