Chase Distillery sits in Herefordshire in the UK. It has very rich and fertile land. They are a farm that grows potatoes. And since 2008 produce world class spirits. Most distilleries don’t grow there own raw materials, here they do. From farm to bottle is their philosophy. They overlook every aspect of the production process. Which shows in the quality liquid. This limited edition bottling take the water from their spring and smokes with English Oak for 5 days. This is then mixed with their vodka to give an amazing flavoured vodka. Great in Bloody Mary's! The nose has peppery notes with oak smoke. This follows on the palate with sweet woody notes and spices. The finish is soft and delicate with subdued smoke.
