Made in France using a recipe that goes back to the late 18th Century, this gin uses 19 botanicals and is distilled using direct-fired Charentais stills, the same ones used to make Cognac. First made under the Maison Ferrand in 1995, the gin is distilled in the stills during the times when they can't make Cognac. A herbaceous nose with some citrus elements and juniper spice. Crisp clean juniper with with plenty of citrus on the palate. This is a light, versatile gin that can be used in many different forms.
