Even with two additional ingredients to the list, Ceylon Black Tea and Elderberry, this Copperhead gin still has a relatively short list of botanicals. This one has a very similar nose to the Original, but is now blustering with banana and faint sage. There is a heavier, more distinct black pepper flavour and more of the overripe banana as well. Piney and cardamom dry spice on the finish. We would recommend East Imperial Burma Tonic with Lemon and Sage as a garnish.
