There aren't many gins where less is more (in terms of botanical numbers at least). Made by a chemist and distiller in Belguim, Copperhead uses just 5 botanicals for its Original expression. However, simple this is not. It's aromatic, zesty and floral on the nose, and the taste is dry with gorgeous piney notes of juniper and cardamom. The orange stands out, with green herbal notes as well, and a dry and peppery finish. Awesome in gin and tonic. Use East Imperial Burma Tonic with Orange and Coriander as a garnish.
