With the advent of the Golden Age of Cocktails, we have seen a rise in premium well-made and superbly flavoured syrups and liqueurs, which Giffard have been producing since 1885. This cacao liqueur is brown in colour ,often cacaos come in white/clear and brown versions. This has a strong aroma of cacao, with vanilla and chocolate. A strong chocolate palate, with an intense roasted cacao bean flavour. Great in a brandy Alexander.
