With the advent of the Golden Age of Cocktails, we have seen a rise in premium well-made and superbly flavoured syrups and liqueurs, which Giffard have been producing since 1885. This is an excellent raspberry liqueur that has a nose with the slightly spicy and characteristic of the fruit. Powerful aromas that also recalls other red fruits such as blackcurrant and gooseberry. A bright palate with a very pleasant peppery side, very fruity with blackberries, blackcurrants and other small red fruits notes. Long and aromatic finish, very faithful to the aromas of the berry.
