With the advent of the Golden Age of Cocktails, we have seen a rise in premium well-made and superbly flavoured syrups and liqueurs, which Giffard have been producing since 1885. Handpicked wild elderflowers are infused to make this liqueur. A pungent nose of elderflower blossom, lychee, with touches of citrus and honey. A slightly thick texture with jammy elderflower lychee and honey. All balanced with nice citrus. Lovely sweetness with lingering citrus. Add a dash of this to cocktails for a wonderful floral note, or a highball for a touch of luxury.
