Icelandic Vodka! Who knew they made vodka? The vodka is grain based and made using natural glacier water from a local spring. The water is so pure that doesn’t even need to be treated. The distillery also use local geothermal springs to power the distillery, making this a very carbon neutral. After a slow distillation (6 hours), using a Carter-head still, the vodka is filtered through lava rock. This gives the vodka a clean and crisp taste with soft notes of vanilla lemon and pepper. Enjoy in mixed drinks.
