5 different citrus fruits are used in this Japanese gin, alongside Hinoki (japanese cypress wood), ginger and red perilla leaves. A beautiful, fragrant gin with lots of citrus and oily juniper. The palate has pleasant ginger notes with fresh juniper and zesty citrus peel. Great in a refreshing elegant gin and tonic. We would recommend East Imperial Burma Tonic with thin slices of Ginger as a garnish.
