Scrappy's was formed in 2008 after years of extensive research from bartender Miles Thomas in Seattle, who sought out how to extract flavours and how to pair them to intensify the flavours he sought. All the ingredients are of the highest quality, organic and each batch is handmade. What is a Black Lemon? Well, there's no such thing , the name is actually a mistranslation! 'Black lemons' are dehydrated limes used in Middle Eastern cooking, and it lends the bitters bright lemon flavours with rich floral notes and an earthy spice. Great in cocktails, and adds a great touch to Gin and Tonics.
