Scrappy's was formed in 2008 after years of extensive research from bartender Miles Thomas in Seattle, who sought out how to extract flavours and how to pair them to intensify the flavours he wanted. All the ingredients are of the highest quality, organic and each batch is handmade. This is Scrappy's first non-bitters product , a tincture of habanero peppers. They wanted to create something that adds heat to the drink, but without distracting from the flavours of it. A full-on hit of heat emerges with subtle sweetness and delicate floral notes. Use in anything where you need to add a touch of spice to. Use sparingly though, this is HOT!
