Scrappy's was formed in 2008 after years of extensive research from bartender Miles Thomas in Seattle, who sought out how to extract flavours and how to pair them to intensify the flavours he wanted. All the ingredients are of the highest quality, organic and each batch is handmade. The Grapefruit bitters also uses gentian in the recipe, which gives this a herbal flavour packed with the freshness of zesty grapefruit. Use in any cocktail that needs a citrus hit.
