Tamdhu is a great, underrated distillery that should be a go-to for any lover of sherried whiskies. With 12 years spent in first fill and refill Oloroso casks, this is a real sherry bomb. The nose has orange, cinnamon spice and toasted oak. A palate of dried fruit, baked and fried pastries and oak spice. The finish has chocolate, hints of smoke and cinnamon spice. Very underrated.
