Introducing Hernö, the world’s most awarded craft gin brand! Founded in 2011 by Jon Hillgren, Hernö was the first ever gin distillery in Sweden. Hillgren’s passion for the juniper predominant spirit took him all around the world in search of knowledge and inspiration, and finally culminated with him setting up a distillery in the small village of Dala, just outside Härnösand in the High Coast of Sweden.

Since then, Hernö has gone on to become one of the most acclaimed craft gin brands in the world, with over 100+ awards at the Gold and Masters level.

Hernö Sipping Gin is a limited edition range of cask matured Hernö Gin aged in casks used before to refine other goodies. This expression is from 2019, and was aged in casks that previously held Ardbeg Islay Scotch whisky.
