The Amaranto is a sweet vermouth infused with 38 botanicals, 10 of which are used for Amaro, and natural spirit on a Trebbiano di Romagna wine base. Woody, earthy and spiced on the nose , we don't mean spicy, we mean clove cinnamon and nutmeg. The woody spice comes through on the palate but has raisin sweetness and bright orange zest. Bitter, floral and sweet finish. Has to be used in an amazing stirred drink or served on ice.
