Introducing Hernö, the world’s most awarded craft gin brand! Founded in 2011 by Jon Hillgren, Hernö was the first ever gin distillery in Sweden. Hillgren’s passion for the juniper predominant spirit took him all around the world in search of knowledge and inspiration, and finally culminated with him setting up a distillery in the small village of Dala, just outside Härnösand in the High Coast of Sweden.

Since then, Hernö has gone on to become one of the most acclaimed craft gin brands in the world, with over 100+ awards at the Gold and Masters level.

With the trend towards pink and coloured gins, Hernö have created a Pink BTL gin. The gin is clear, as colour does not represent flavour, but the label is Pink, hence the name. They still use 8 botanicals, 2 of which are pink, strawberries and rose petals. On the nose, loads of juniper upfront with crisp green forest and fresh citrus and red fruits. The palate has a floral start followed by an array of sappy juniper, red fruits and coriander. A citrus forward gin with underlying spice and cassia. Strawberries linger together with juniper and spicy notes, a mellow warmth and long finish. Pairs exceptionally well with East Imperial Burma Tonic.
