Scrappy's was formed in 2008 after years of extensive research from bartender Miles Thomas in Seattle, who sought out how to extract flavours and how to pair them to intensify the flavours he sought. All the ingredients are of the highest quality, organic and each batch is handmade. This is the classic Aromatic Bitters that every bar has in one form or another. It can be used in most drinks, but is a classic ingredient in the Old Fashoned, Manhattan and Rum Punche. A must for anyone who is mixing drinks.
